1. No Return on Opened Products

Perfumes are non-returnable products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Once the product packaging has been opened, used, or tampered with, no return, exchange, or refund will be provided.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

Returns or replacements will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The return request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order
  • The issue must be reported to our customer support team with complete order details
  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our customer service team

3. Non-Eligible Returns

The following cases are not covered under our return policy:

  • Damage due to neglect, misuse, or improper handling
  • Used or partially used products
  • Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging
  • Orders returned without prior approval

If a damaged product is received during return transit due to improper packing, the product may be discarded, and no refund will be issued.


4. Shipping Information

  • We use Shiprocket, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and Delhivery for domestic shipping
  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary for certain locations due to regional or policy constraints
  • Orders can be tracked via WhatsApp support

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • This includes returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the error was made from our side

6. Return Instructions

When returning an approved product, please ensure:

  • The product is securely packed to prevent transit damage
  • The return parcel clearly mentions Order ID, Full Name, and Email Address
  • The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after return approval and quality verification
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment source account
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank details
  • ⏳ Refund processing may take up to 7 working days after approval

8. Refund Deductions

  • A 2.5% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds

9. Failed Online Transactions

For failed online payments:

  • Refunds are automatically initiated to the source account
  • Processing time may take up to 7 working days
  • Please note: We do not hold the transaction amount

10. Cancellation Policy

We offer an easy cancellation process before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
